The text calls for the reader to evaluate Internet resources based on five criteria, which read as follows: 1) Fairness. Does the author of the material present the information fairly and objectively, or is there a bias favoring one position? 2) Accuracy. Is the presented information accurate? 3) Currency. When was the information published? When were the sources that are cited in the article written? 4) Qualifications. Does the author have the necessary credentials? 5) Sufficiency. Is the information sufficient to establish the claim or conclusion?
