What was the argument the Third Estate was making prior to the meeting of the Estates-General?
 
  A) They wanted more voting power as they, even with equal numbers, were underrepresented.
  B) They wanted twice as many representatives for the third estate as the other two due to their vast numbers. The king granted this.
  C) They wanted to hold a joint meeting of the Second and Third Estates.
  D) They wanted to hold a joint meeting of the First and Third Estates.
