How were the Catholics limited in England after the Glorious Revolution?
 
  A) A decree of Religious Toleration was enacted, in which Catholics were afforded the same privileges as Protestants.
  B) They were not allowed to marry monarchs and were forced from the borders of Britain.
  C) Catholics were forced to only worship at the Anglican Church and were not allowed to intermarry with Protestants.
  D) They were forced into ghettos if they chose to live in England.
  E) Army and university positions were closed to them. They were treated as second class citizens.
