In Cyclic Photophosphorylation, electrons cannot be accepted by NADP+, because there is a lack of NADP+. Therefore, they are shot up the ETC to an electron carrier, which hands them back to Plastoquinone.

The question is, what is the name of the electron carrier that hands electrons back to plastoquinone?
It's NOT NADP+. There is NONE. That is known as Non-Cyclic Photophosphorylation.
