In the case of Muller v. Oregon (1908), the Supreme Court ruled that:
 
  a. women were entitled to have greater protection in the workplace than men.
  b. the Fourteenth Amendment does not guarantee the right to vote for women.
  c. businesses do not have to provide maternity leave for their female employees.
  d. women are entitled to half of a family's assets following a divorce.
