So my class has to create their experiment looking for factors that affect the germination of seeds.I choose the pH and I don't know how to measure seed germination, is the weight from initial to final a good idea to be my dependent variable or are there other ways to measure the germination of seeds? Also we are given 2 weeks to do this experiment but i want to know if i should add the pH levels(2,4,6,7,and 8) everyday or every other day? Thanks
