Paul holds the morning newspaper at 30 cm in front
of him but the print is blurred; he is said to be
myoptic or hyperoptic?

Paul goes to the optometrist. The doctor performs a
presumtive test by having him stand 6.10 m in front
of a snellen chart. Paul can or cannot determine the
shape of the larger letter at the top of the chart.

The doctor then reaches for an ophthalmoscope, why?_________
He turns the selection disk on the instrument and
reads the number which is ________ in color to
correspond to Paul's condition.

The doctor then writes a prescription to the optician to grind glasses with corrective lenses that are________ shaped

Paul is now able to see _______ at the beach.
