Pelvis and knee rock. Hold the feet again for a moment, and move to the person’s right side. Place your left hand on the lower right abdomen, just above the thigh crease, with the fingers pointing down toward the feet. Place your right hand just above the knee. Very gently apply pressure with the right hand in a rhythmic fashion, rocking the leg for 10–30 seconds. Allow the leg to slow and then to be still. Continue holding for 30 seconds or so, again being aware of any sensations you feel. Slowly remove your hands.
