enol has to have one double bond and an alcohol attached to it. so the most simple enol is H2C=CH2-OH. An enolate is a structure that has resonance so a simple one is [H2C=CH2-O(-) Leftwards ArrowRightwards Arrow H2C(-)-CH2=)].
If you draw it out then it might help it make more sense. Also, an enol is made from a reaction with an acid, and an enolate is made from a reaction with a base. Both enol and enolates are just intermediates, and they are never final products for a reaction.
