Jonas received his first job offer after three long months of searching for a job. He was so excited, he almost accepted it on the spot But then, he remembered he was waiting for a response from another interview he had recently gone to. He asked for a few days to consider the offer and went home. He contacted the other possibility and let them know that he had received an offer. He made sure to share he was still interested in hearing the decision and they agreed to provide a decision in the next 48 hours. Two days later, Jonas had two offers to consider He compared the full compensation package from both and began his negotiations.
