What job opportunities are available with a bachelor?s degree in biology pre-medicine and a chemistry minor?

I have a degree in biology pre-medicine with a 3.5 grade point average and would like some advice on possible careers that are available with little to no additional schooling. Becoming a doctor just doesn't seem to be what I want to do with my life anymore. Any suggestions?

I became a computer game programmer. Some of my classmates went to work at places like Genentech and Cetus. Others went to grad school to get the doctorate in Biology.
