Myofilaments are the protein filaments which are bundled together to make a myofibril.  So a myofibril is a bundle of myofilaments.  There are two types of myofilaments...thick filaments and thin filaments.  The thick filaments are made primarily of myosin so these are the myosin filaments.  The thin filaments are made from actin, troponin, and tropomyosin.
