Regarding stress and exercise, research suggests that
 
  A) exercise is ineffective in protecting stressed people from getting sick.
  B) exercise provides a buffer against most diseases.
  C) exercise can reduce stress and help people cope.
  D) exercise probably increases stress, but nevertheless is a buffer against cancer and heart disease.
