A transfer belt is not needed to transfer a resident from the bed to a chair. For the transfer, how should you hold on to the person?
 
  a. Have the person put her arms around your waist.
  b. Have the person put her arms around your neck.
  c. Place your hands under the person's arms and around her shoulder blades.
  d. Hold the person's weak arm while she supports herself with her strong arm.
