Feedback:
The nurse's role in the implementation step of the nursing process is giving of actual care. In nursing assessment, it is the systematic and continuous collection of data. In nursing diagnosis, it is a statement of the client's actual or potential problem. In planning, the role is the development of goals and possible activities to meet them.
