Follow-up evaluations of the Perry Preschool Project (High/Scope curriculum) indicated that the program:
 
  a. had few lasting effects on children beyond first grade.
  b. saved over 12.90 in future costs to society for each 1 spent on the program.
 c. was too expensive to be feasibly implemented in real communities.
