Narcan is an opioid antagonist and would counteract the apparent toxicity.
Acetylcysteine is the antidote for acetaminophen poisoning.
Methylprednisolone is an anti-inflammatory agent and would have not affect on toxicity related to opiate overdose.
Physostigmine is indicated for organophosphate poisoning.
