I don't really understand about the topic spliceosome in my biochem book. Can anyone explain it to me?

so I came by this question that I have no clue...

Which of the following are true about mRNA splicing?

-One mRNA can sometimes code for more than one protein by splicing at alternative sites.
-Splicing occurs after the mRNA enters the cytoplasm, but before it binds to the ribosome.
-Splicing occurs while the mRNA is attached to the spliceosome.
-Splicing of mRNA does not involve any proteins
-In splicing, intron sequences are removed from the mRNA in the form of lariats, and are degraded.
