Ideally, how does the relationship between clinician and supervisor change at Stage
  Two?

  A. The clinician relates to the supervisor as a mentor rather than someone who
  must be pleased.
  B. The clinician becomes more proactive and less reliant on the supervisor as a
  role model.
  C. The supervisor must provide feedback that keeps the clinician from becoming
  over-confident.
  D. The supervisor can now relax the boundaries between supervision and
  therapy.
