A cruise liner traveling to the Caribbean islands, Mexico, and the East Coast of the United States was stranded due to an engine malfunction midway through the trip. The passengers had to undergo the ordeal for two days.
 
  The reputation of the cruise liner was at stake as this was the third such incident. What damage control technique should cruise liner's public relations department use in this situation?
