A recommended way to send a paper resume to an employer is to:
 
  a) print it on white paper with black ink for the greatest contrast.
  b) fold it into a standard sized envelope for the sake of convenience.
  c) staple two or more pages together to keep pages from straying.
  d) use a photocopy, keeping the original copy for further use.
