How would Robinson Grover most likely respond to the U.S. Patriot Act provision which permits federal agents to read people’s emails without their permission?
a.    He would support this provision and perhaps even expand on it by allowing the government to place protocols that identify the sender on all email.
b.   He would support this provision because the only alternative to an international Hobbesian state of nature is an absolute monarch.
c.     He would not support this provision because it is a violation of email users’ privacy rights.
d.     He would not support this provision because it would slow down the international communications’ network and have an adverse effect on the international economy.
