I am wondering why we count our age as we born not the time we conceived? like When babies are in the womb for 9 months, why aren't count as they 9 months old when they are born? Face with Rolling Eyes

Some cultures DO include that time period, I'm thinking the Vietnamese culture does. Without doing any research beyond that, I'd assume the exact date of birth is used because it's more precise. Think about it, most women who become pregnant only begin to suspect they're carrying a baby several weeks after conception.
