So the question is
You are hired by ILC industries to survey its employees about their working conditions. The following table lists the number of employees in each division.

Sudbury division.                              230

Two other ways to stratify this sample is by age and gender, since the older workers could be used to the working conditions whereas the younger workers not so much, or the girls care more about the working conditions and the boys not so much.
