The answer that I got is f(x)= -0.2x(x+6)(x-5), would that be correct?

No, it's wrong because your function clearly shows 3 distinct zeros, while the in the graph provided, the function crosses the x-axis only twice.

This is what I did to get the answer. How would I fix this?
x = -6 x= 5
f(x) = a(x+6)(x-5)
f(0)= 0 = a (0+6)(0-5)
= -30
f(-5) = -10 = a (-5 + 6) (-5-5)
-10/50 = a (50)/50
-0.2 = a
Therefore, f(x)= -0.2x (x+6)(x-5)

Yeah, I think it's 1/28 instead of negative, and raised to a power of 3 instead of 2
