To make one glucose molecule (which can be created from 2 G3P molecules) would require 6 turns of the Calvin cycle.

Are you looking for the actual time?

to make glucose, need 2 turns of calvin cycle for sucrose 4 turns. and this process obviously occur in fotosintesis. but in Cam plant which is different from other plants its work on night to take CO2. what I dont understand is how the cam plant (e.g. Cactus, pineapple) produce a single glucose..and what process take place?
