Are Caribbean medical schools a good choice?

Haha, no. Caribbean medical schools are where the people who can't get in to a US school go.  They cost just as much, they don't care if you fail and they just want your money.  Your will have a much harder time landing a decent residency if you go to a Caribbean school.

You can google "truth about caribbean medical schools" and educate yourself.  I find it hard to believe (and scary) that a future doctor can't be bothered to use the vast network of information that is always at their fingertips to find the answers for themselves.
