If you just have the bachelors degree, and no state certification...what kind of jobs can you get?

I'm not sure, I suppose you could teach art history, or run your own gallery. Perhaps work in a museum?.

You will have to get a masters degree and state certification to teach. Otherwise, this sort of general liberal arts degree prepares you for no type of job at all.  

You would just have to apply for whatever entry-level jobs might be available that require a college degree.  Note that a degree in "social sciences" is considered less demanding academically and less value than a degree in psychology, sociology, anthropology, etc., so you would be competing with people who have higher perceived value with "better" degrees.

Your best bet is a masters and teaching certification -- school teachers make better money and are more likely to find jobs than what you can get with what you have.
