I would like to be a psychotherapist, and I need to start applying to colleges. But I don`t know what I need to apply for to be one. So with a degree in psychology, (bachelor of arts) what jobs could I have? And what do I need to be a psychotherapist?

Here is an important strategy.  Find a Psychotherapist who will partner with you during your education to provide feedback and oversight.  State laws for requirements differ, but if you are doing this, you can begin as a 'clinical psychologist' in some states and do counseling with supervisory oversight by a Phd.  It gives you the opportunity to practice while you increase learning.  I hope some of the links below help.
