My current program of study is Adolescent Education with a major in Spanish. I'm not sure if I want to be a teacher in the end of my studies and was wondering if there were other options.

if you're fluent in spanish there are many jobs in the private and public sector involving translators. businesses use translators all the time and if you have a business background so much the better. here in las vegas the casinos have hosts just for foreign tourists that can show them around and tend to their needs in their home language. in the public sector the gov't always needs translators in law enforcement and diplomacy.
i'd say if you want to diversify yourself take some business, political science, criminal justice or hospitality courses. perhaps you can pursue a minor in one of those areas that interests you. then when it comes time to interview for a non-education job you have that course work background to rely on.
