1. Keep healthy munchies (e.g., whole wheat bread, low-fat cheese, peanut butter, hummus, etc.) around.
2. Keep "crunchies" (e.g., apples, pears, peppers, popcorn, carrots, celery, etc.) on hand.
3. Quench your thirst with hot drinks (e.g., hot tea, heated milk, soup broths, etc.).
4. Choose natural beverages (e.g., water, 100 percent juice, low-sugar beverages, etc.).
