any lysis buffer that do not have detergent?

im trying to find a lysis buffer that does not contain any detergent... is there any?

i know its quite hard though maybe impossible for a lysis buffer to not contain a detergent but just trying to find out..

You can preform lysis of a membrane by using the boiling-lysozyme method. Lysozyme is an enzyme that weakens the membrane such that boiling can easily break it.
