DNA code = TAG
mRNA code = ATC
tRNA code = UAG

They generally work in opposites, meaning T=A & A=T; C=g & G=C so if it is a G on the DNA it would be a C on the mRNA.  
tRNA works the same to the mRNA sequence, however there are no T's in these mRNA sequences - the T's are replaced with U's, thus T=A & A=U, G=C & C=G.

If your strand is 5'TAG3', then on mRNA - 5'CUA3' and on the anticodon 3'GAU5'
And if your strand is 3'TAG5', so mRNA is 5'AUC3', on the anticodon is 3'UAG5'
