This is usually a chemistry question, but any element on the periodic table can undergo a redox reaction depending on which elements you mix.

Whichever element has a greater affinity for electrons ("electronegativity") will be the electron recipient.  In a redox reaction, the electron recipient is reduced, and the donor is oxidized.

One common example might be a metal losing electrons to a nonmetal -- the metal is oxidized and the non-metal is reduced.
