What are the advantages provided by having a Tail wing support fixed (One having a logo of the airline carrier) wing on the aircraft top?.

What is the aviation technical term for the same?.
Is it Wing, Glider, Shaft etc?

Is the design shape always the same for all aeroplanes?

Will the aircraft work without having the same?
