Both primase and telomerase are RNA polymerases.
 Both DNA polymerase and telomerase use a DNA template.
 Primase requires a primer, DNA polymerase does not.
 Both DNA polymerase and primase are involved in synthesizing the leading and lagging strands.

Although primase has much more to do on the lagging strand, it is also used on the leading strand.

False. Telomerase uses an RNA template (to synthesize DNA).

Primase requires a primer, DNA polymerase does not.
False.  Primase does not require a primer (it makes one).
