Plant cells have hypertonic vacuoles - they usually contain cell sap.  The plant cell has cell walls made of cellulose to give it structure, so the animal cell (which has a plasma membrane) is the one without the cell wall.

http://www.biology-online.org/11/1_plant_cells_vs_animal_cells.htm (about vacuoles: #11)  and (about cell walls: near bottom under "Plant Cells Compared with Animal Cells")

The link would be a great source to help you with any other cell structure questions.
