because they dont have much organelles

and they have to store all the metabolic by products an products in the vacuoles
while animals dont need to store food in vacuoles
they have seperate locations to store foos like FAT
and other locations but not in vacuoles

>Plant do not contain much organelles inside the cell
so they posses large vacuoles in their cytoplasm.>Where as animals as more cell organelles in their cell
They store some bio-molecules which is required for them during the necessary period like starvation.
so animals do not have vacuole.>Plants are auto-tropic which can synthesis their own food.
plant get their food by photosynthesis which is the       biochemical process.
The chloroplast plays the major role in photosynthesis.>Animal is an hetero-tropic depend on other for food.
so they don't need chloroplast.

chloroplast contains chlorophyll pigment which is green coloured pigment also make the plants to appear green.
so animal do not require chloroplast anyway.

Plants do not have many organelles and this can be attributed as the reason for presnce of large vacuole.
Plants produce their own food(autotropic) by using the sunlight by receptors in chloroplast. But animals are heterotrophs i.e they depend on other living beings (plants and other animals)for their food

simple. because plants manufacture their own food (starch) and they need lots of water. chloroplast on the other hand captures the light essential for the food-making process. animal cells don't have large and chloroplast because they do not make their own food.
