How do I solve these 2 problems using the method completing the square?

1. 2x^2+4x-3=0

2. 3x^2-9x=21

And how do I solve this problem using factoring?

23. 3x^2-4x-15=0

Just a couple homework problems that I'm stuck on.
Any help appreciated.

23. 3x^2-9x+5x-15=0
3x(x-3)+5(x-3)=0
(3x+5)(x-3)=0

where (x-3)=0:
3x+5=0
x= -3/5

where (3x+5)=0
x-3=0
x=3

i hope im using the correct method, good luck
