So it'll be:
Ca2+(aq) + (SO4)2-(aq) Rightwards Arrow CaSO4(s)

2 NH4^+(aq) + CO3^2-(aq) + CaSO4(s) ---> CaCO3(s) + 2 NH4^+(aq) + SO4^2-(aq)

[ Total Ionic Equation ]

2 NH4^+(aq)  appear  on  both  side of equation and can be cancelled out .

CO3^2-(aq) + CaSO4(s) ---> CaCO3(s) + SO4^2-(aq)

[ Net Ionic Equation ]
