The one that does not belong is B. Physical Schema

ANSI-SPARC consists of 3 tiers:
Internal: How the data is stored on the database is represented to the user.

Conceptual: The relationship between the data members of the database, exactly what data is stored in it and what a user will need to use the database.

External Layer: Allows a user to access a customized version of the data in the database.
