For quantitative, I'm just going to measure the amount of seeds that germinated. But what could I do for qualitative?

** my bad, those two above are quantitative.

-- Deals with descriptions.
-- Data can be observed but not measured.
-- Colors, textures, smells, tastes, appearance, beauty, etc.

= What the seedlings look like as they emerge could be qualitative
