joubert is autosomal recessive so the punnet square: draw a box with four squares in it
two small j's on top of the box, a large J and a small j on the side- these j's signify one parent with two recessive genes and one with a recessive gene for joubert and one with a dominant gene for the wildtype (normal genotype). In the upper left box it's Jj, upper right it's Jj, and the bottom two are jj
