normal atmospheric pressusre =  1 atm
1 atm = 1.013 x 10 ^ 5 Pa

Pressure = pgh

1.013 x 10 ^ 5 Pa = pgh

h = (1.013 x 10 ^ 5 Pa)/pg
p =1000kg/cubicmeter
g =9.8 m/s^2

so

h = 10.3367 m
