How can I explain in my business plan that most of the assets needed to start a business such as computer, office, printer, etc are already acquired because it is a home business. I need to state to this in a professional manner.

Just say that in anticipation of going into business you have already obtained a computer, printer, temporary office space, etc. which will part of your contribution to the enterprise.

If your home business is already active you can also state that you are currently prototyping and testing out the operations of your business on a small scale as proof of concept.
