What did the Perry Preschool Study "bottom line" cost-benefit analysis reveal?
A) A cost-benefit analysis was not included as part of the recent research reports.
B) That there are no concrete benefits to the public of this kind of intervention programming
C) The dollar amount return on the public's investment in the program equals nearly $13 for every $1 invested.
D) While there are benefits to the program participants, the public benefit is too minimal to be compelling (a $3 return on each $1 invested in the program).
