For example we could use succinate dehydrogenase as a mitochondrial marker enzyme, after doing density gradient centrifugation. What other similar enzymes or molecules should we use in order to identify other cell organelles? Thank you!

you could use antibodies to do this.  Find a protein that localizes to a speciffic organelle, such as histones for the nucleus, a membrane receptor for the cell membrane, COX2 for the ER ect.  Then do a western blot on your extract.
