AND how do you find net force when you know the initial velocity, final velocity, distance and mass? Slight Smile

you find the acceleration and multiply it by the mass becauuse
F = ma (Newtons second law)
the acceleration can be found by
vfinal^2 = vinitial^2 + 2*a*distance
so a = (vfinal^2-vinitial^2)/(2*distance)
and again, F = ma
