The problem says;

Estimate the derivative of the function at the given value of x.

h(x) = -7x + 100, x = 5

how do i do this?

(h'(x) doesn't vary with x)
h'(5) = -7

Hint: it's a line and the derivative at any given point is the slope at that point.
