My guess right off the bat was UDP-Glucuronyl Transferase, but it's not there.
A, C and E, I don;t think so. B is the same as E, so I don't know if that's what you suggested.
D is partially true, as its deficiency is an important cause of severe neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.
Given that B and E are the same, I'll wait till you correct your mistake. Otherwise, D is most likely true.

The question says "enzyme product".
UDP-glucuronic acid is the product of UDP-glucose dehydrogenase .
